Submissions:

ALL submissions (initial and final) must be made on-line from this web site.

If you are making multiple submissions, you only need to create one web account. Please use the same account (User name & Password) for any additional submissions.

If you need to edit any author information or resubmit your paper, it may be done up until the submission deadline. Please use the unique web account you created during initial submission, to edit or resubmit.

Email submissions will NOT be accepted.
Paper Specifications:
Use the provided template to meet formatting requirements below. Your paper must comply with the following specifications:
- Paper Length is flexible, but as a guideline we suggest: 4-6 pages, including figures, tables & references
- Paper Size: US Letter (8.5" x 11") or A4 (210mm X 297mm)
- Fonts: Embed ALL fonts in your PDF file. No Type 3 fonts allowed.
- File Format: Adobe PDF (.pdf)
- Allowed File Size: 2.0Mb
- Do NOT page number your paper
- Do NOT apply security settings to your PDF file.
- Note: Deviations from the above paper specifications could result in removal of your accepted paper from the proceedings.

Additional Requirements:
If your paper is accepted for publication at this conference, you will also need to adhere to the following requirements:
- REMINDER: At least one author per paper must be registered AND attend the conference to present their paper.
- WDD Org Committee reserves the right to exclude any accepted paper from distribution after the conference if the accepted paper is not presented at the conference.
- Policy requires that you send us a signed Copyright Form for each paper (see below). Without this form, we can NOT publish your article.
Copyright form: This form is to be completed, signed by the author or an authorized person, and returned with any paper submitted for publication (in conventional and electronic formats) by the WDD Organizers. If this form is not completed, signed, and returned with the paper for publication, the transfer of copyright from the author or an authorized person to the WDD Organizers, as well as permission to publish, will be implied in the act of submission of the paper for publication.
