The following fees apply for the 2009 Waveform Diversity and Design Conference. The registration fee includes a CD copy of the proceedings, breaks (Mon - Thurs), lunches (Mon - Thurs) and one banquet ticket. Additional Banquet Tickets may be purchased depending on availability.
Please Note: All conference attendees are encouraged to take full advantage of the meal package which is included in the cost of registration. Regretfully, we are unable to customize the registration package by lowering the registration cost if you cannot participate in meals.

Cancellation Policy:
No refunds will be issued after 21 December, 2008.
If you are the only registered author from an accepted paper, you are not eligible for a refund.
ALL refund requests must be in writing to IEEE/MCM at the address listed below (email requests are acceptable). ALL cancellations will be subject to a $75 administrative fee.
